“I’ve been a patient at this clinic for years, and Sarah has been the reason most of us stayed. She was incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about her patients. She listened attentively, advocated for them, and made us feel valued beyond just another appointment. In my opinion, she was the backbone of this clinic. However, after Sarah left, my experience took a sharp decline. It was already rocky during her tenure, but the situation worsened. Due to an issue unrelated to me, the clinic refused to refill my medication, leaving me to endure withdrawal symptoms while waiting for care from another provider. Despite the circumstances, I expected far more compassion and professionalism from a medical clinic, but I knew from past experiences that was asking too much. The staff I interacted with were always kind and helpful, and I appreciate them. But the clinic’s leadership and handling of situations like mine left me feeling completely abandoned as a patient. At the very least, they could have called me back. No one should be left without necessary medication, regardless of the circumstances. Patients deserve better communication, continuity of care, and reassurance that they won’t be left without essential medication or ignored and vulnerable when they need help the most. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. Although I’ll miss all the great staff I’ve known for years, we’ll go where Sarah goes. Oh, and I forgot to mention something important before you visit the clinic. Do some research on Indeed, because I promise it’ll change your mind. This clinic seems more concerned about its bottom line than its patients. After hearing the CEO’s story, I was initially convinced that she understood our needs, but that’s not the case. If you don’t have insurance or are struggling to pay, you’ll be kicked out of the clinic. I understand it’s a business, but it should also be a compassionate one. We came for help and ended up needing more help from the trauma of the situation.”

She isn’t one of those doctors that just pushes you in and out in a minute or two. You actually get a full appointment and the care that’s needed. I highly recommend her.”
