“I took my sons in for therapy sessions that were meant to be covered by my EAP insurance code. Over the course of 5 months I have been charged multiple times incorrectly, had to call multiple times, had a three way call with insurance and billing and even had my therapist involved in it trying to get incorrect charges removed. They just now sent me into debt collection. I am now hundreds of dollars out for something that was legally covered by my insurance. The office failed to contact me multiple times for cancelled appointments where I had to sit and wait for 45 minutes until we would just walk away. Bad business, had customer service and a way to make three people not want to try therapy again.”
