What patients say on Google

“They told me my insurance would be covered by them, and it was not. The first session I had was spent being told a lot of my symptoms are due to medication I’m on, even though the symptoms started before the medication, and were long lasting afterwards. They cancelled two sessions due to me being double booked with them somehow, and then a week later I got an invoice for $250, where my insurance was not taken out. I called to cancel and told them the pricing was too high, and that should be something they voice before sessions. I told them im working two jobs to even get by, and they Ran the payment automatically causing me to overdraft and resulting in more bills. Very unprofessional, staff at the desk feels overly supportive just to keep you coming back as opposed to caring about you in a genuine sense. It just sucks I waited like a month and a half to basically be reminded that therapy is a scam a lot of the times. I’m just glad I never had a second appointment, I would’ve been in a seriously bad place if they charged me $500 whenever they felt like it. Really cannot stress enough to not go here”

“I was enthusiastic about my appointment with my therapist Christine..she brings positive vibes and made me comfortable. .more like a friendship..l dont see myself as very social..however she makes me comfortable and it's easy to communicate with her..”
Nettie Gonzalez
“Dr. Loiben has always been attentive to my needs and if I ever needed anything. He even took the time of day, (on his own time) to call me to see how my family and I were holding up after being involved in the Christmas morning apartment fire my family endured. Thank you so much for your empathy during the hard times!”
Peter Majerus
“ABC's clinical staff I've experienced are respectful and receptive to 'what works' vs conventional/traditional practices; explaining historical vs updated treatment options. The therapist I work with has been easy to work with, and frankly, goes above & beyond the call of duty, earning my respect.”
