“I wanted to share a little bit of what I thought of affiliated clinicals. I have to say there was one counselor that I saw for grief she was very nice and listen and genuine. So I Thank you for that. ❤️‍🩹 But then I saw Dr Kumar, Dr. Kumar said I couldn't make decisions myself so he made them for me? Wasn't happy about that I only went there for grief after losing my mother to covid why couldn't I make my own decisions are you kidding Dr Kumar. I will never go back there ever. Dr Kumar took over as though I didn't know what I was doing that's shameful. Of course I can make my own decisions. You like to take over and I would be afraid if somebody who couldn't really make decisions how badly they would be treated. I pray this changes because people with grief and mental disease do not deserve to be treated in an inhumane manner. "Just because you have grief does it mean you can't make decisions in your life."That actually traumatized me. Now it's keeping me from seeking out a reputable compassionate counselor because of it. ❤️‍🩹”

“Your business practices and follow up are just awful. I made appointments and forgot when they were. (I obviously have mental struggles-hence why I made the appointments) . I then placed a call and left a message requesting a call back to confirm those appointments. I did not get that call back. However, I did get a call back to let me know I missed the first appointment 3 days later than the appointment and that I would forfeit the 80 dollar deposit. Great, keep it, I don't need it. Just very shady business. Explains the high turnover of your therapists. Great to take advantage of those already suffering with mental health issues. Good on you. The previous counselor I worked with Ryanne was beyond excellent and professional.”

“Strongly do not recommend this place. They have been nothing but a headache to deal with. It is impossible to return a call and had to wait for over an hour for a simple test for my son. Took forever for them to send a questionnaire I needed to fill out. Not very organized, they called me multiple times to schedule a test we had already completed.”

“I have used this clinic after having gone to a prior one in the area several years ago. I have remained a patient a few years now going in as needed since prior to the relocating. I am very happy with my current therapist. I will say I appreciated their willingness to work with me when I first started to find a good fit as that initial therapist and I did not fit well personality wise. Over all it has been a positive experience for me and would recommend this clinic to others.”
